At the soft opening in Chinatown our group stopped by to support the Dumb Coq, a
Whiskey, Scoth, Bourbon and Cognac type of place ($8 avg/drink) with free street tacos to celebrate the event. Chinatown is being revitalized by young entrepreneurs looking for cheap rent and a community of business owners with niche ideas. Let's see if this place can survive their first year. Congrats and mahalo to the Dumb Coq.
