Recipe - Gourmet Mac 'n Cheese

Try a gourmet twist on this easy comfort food...

Sage Butternut Squash Mac 'n Cheese
Melt Brie, Guerre, Fontina and Gorgonzola cheese. Add in elbow or corkscrew pasta to hold cheese. Bake the butternut squash. Add chunks of the baked butternut squash to the cheese coated pasta. Let sit. Top with cooked sage (fresh sage doesn't let out the perfume of the sage unto the dish) and thick slices of apple wood smoked bacon! Yum!
