Madre's Chocolate Workshop (Oahu)

Make your own chocolate bar from Hawaii grown cacao beans, fruits, nuts and spices at Madres Chocolate, Honolulu's first bean-to-bar shop located in the Chinatown art district.  You'll also learn about the origins of chocolate through hands on tastings of the juice of cacao, a fresh roasted cacao bean, and a flight of 5 of Madre's most popular chocolate flavors.
