Farmers Markets give access to fresh produce to locals in neighboring towns while supporting local farmers. Tourists may find it fun to browse the creations of local artisans--island based jams, baked goods, soaps, clothing and other hand made crafts (I recommend the Saturday morning KCC farmers market for tourists.)
