Eating House 1849 - Roy Yamaguchi (Kauai)

A next trip to Kauai deserves a bite at the Eating House 1849. Roy's in Poipu was closed down last year to open this new casual plantation house concept. The menu is inspired by Filipino and Portuguese cuisine and there's an emphasis on seafood with dishes running an average of $18. Lots of tourists, attire is shopping casual, ambiance is an open floor plan with a bar and plenty of fresh air.
