King's Hawaiian Bakery and Restaurant and Other Businesses Offer Specials and Discounts to Those in Hawaiian Shirts and Chance to Win a Trip to Honolulu, HI
WHAT:
Oahu Visitors Bureau names Friday, August 16 as the first annual Los Angeles Hawaiian Shirt Day. Angelenos are encouraged to come together to celebrate the day Hawaii became a state by wearing Hawaiian shirts and showing their Aloha spirit to receive special discounts and offers and the chance to win a an all expense paid trip to Hawaii.
By submitting a photo to the contest page showing Hawaiian spirit, sweepstakes entrants will have the chance to win two round-trip tickets and hotel stay. Contest can be entered by submitting a photo to the official LA Hawaiian Shirt Day Facebook Page located at:
Some of the LA Hawaiian Shirt Day specials include a FREE slice of Paradise Cake with purchase to all who wear Hawaiian attire as well as 50% off purchase at Brian's Shave Ice, a signature Maka Ha Madness Shaved Ice at Lono's Sweet Shop and Buy One Get One Slices at Joe's Pizza.
