Oahu Visitors Bureau Announce Friday, August 16 "LA Hawaiian Shirt Day"   King's Hawaiian Bakery and  Restaurant and Other Businesses Offer Specials and Discounts to Those in Hawaiian Shirts  and Chance to Win a Trip to Honolulu, HI    WHAT:  Oahu Visitors Bureau names Friday, August 16 as the first annual Los Angeles Hawaiian Shirt Day. Maui Swap Meet

I like going to the Maui Swap Meet -- a mix between homemade food stands ( Ono goodies to eat like caramel Mac nuts, local ice pops, lilikoi jams)...home made crafts, local artists, a farmers market with local grown veggies, some yard sale type booths, tourist crap, and good stalls. 

Not bad for a fifty cent admission on a Saturday morning. (Every Sat at the UH Maui campus in Wailuku.)
